Platform Role

Nexa provides:

  • Technician/vendor coordination
  • AI-assisted diagnostics and recommendations
  • Operational tracking and analytics

Nexa acts as a technology platform, not a direct contractor for service execution.

User Roles & Responsibilities

The platform supports multiple user types:

  • Business Clients (B2B): manage multiple properties and operations
  • Individual Users (B2C): submit maintenance requests
  • Technicians: receive and execute service requests
  • Administrators: oversee platform governance

Each role has strict access control and permissions enforced by the system.

Users are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of submitted data
  • Actions performed through their account
  • Compliance with applicable laws

Account & Security

  • Secure authentication is enforced using token-based sessions
  • Accounts require email verification before activation
  • Accounts may be suspended, banned, or deactivated in case of misuse

All actions are subject to real-time account validation and security checks.

Work Orders & Execution

  • Nexa facilitates interactions between clients and technicians
  • Technicians are verified before accessing work opportunities
  • Execution quality remains the responsibility of the service provider

Payments

  • Payments are handled offline or online based on the client's preference.

Nexa records:

  • Payment status
  • Transaction history

AI Disclaimer

Security is an ongoing process. Nexa continuously enhances its systems through:

  • Regular updates and improvements
  • Internal reviews and monitoring
  • Implementation of new security measures as the platform scales

Data Ownership

  • Clients retain ownership of their operational data
  • Nexa use anonymized data to:
    • Improve platform performance
    • Train AI systems

Limitation of Liability

Nexa is not liable for:

  • Service execution failures
  • Technician performance issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of:

  • Policy violations (use policy link)
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security risks

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Tunisia and relevant jurisdictions for international operations.
